By submitting your application, you consent to the material contained in the application being registered, supplemented and processed for recruitment purposes, including future vacancies, by PayEx Sverige AB (556735-5671) or one of its subsidiaries or sister companies (the PayEx Group).
The information provided will be available to HR and recruiting managers within the PayEx Group.
PayEx Sverige AB, 556735-5671, and/or another company within the PayEx Group where you have applied for a job is the data controller for the data you provide when you apply for an advertised job or submit an expression of interest regarding positions with a PayEx Group company.

Collection of personal data PayEx collects personal data from you when you submit an application through this service or otherwise add personal data about yourself, either personally or through third parties, such as Facebook or LinkedIn. Personal data may also be collected if you use the chat feature associated with this service.
PayEx may also collect publicly available information and compile it for use in the recruitment process. In addition, PayEx may collect personal data from referees.
Personal data processed by PayEx First name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, CV details, cover letter and username. PayEx also processes other information that you or referees provide to us and, where applicable, results from personality tests, for example.
PayEx encourages you not to upload sensitive personal data in your application.
Purposes of processing PayEx processes and saves the data in order to identify you and see what qualifications you have. Your details are compared with PayEx’s current employment demands. If you have applied for a particular position, your information is matched primarily to the requirements set by PayEx for that position.
PayEx may also use your data to see if you are suitable for another position and may then contact you to find out if you are interested in it.
Legal basis for processing The legal basis for processing is your consent. As long as you have not been employed by PayEx, you may withdraw your consent to PayEx’s processing of personal data for recruitment purposes at any time. However, a withdrawal of consent may mean that you can no longer apply for a particular position.
Transfer of personal data The data in the database will be disclosed to personnel at PayEx who are involved in the recruitment of new employees and to trade union representatives. PayEx employees are bound by professional secrecy and your data will not be disseminated to others.
To the extent necessary, personal data may be transferred to and/or shared with a company within the PayEx Group as well as third parties acting on PayEx’s behalf and performing tasks relevant to the recruitment process. PayEx may also disclose the personal data to authorities or other operators if required by law.
The data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. If this happens, PayEx will ensure that adequate safeguards are applied to protect personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or Privacy Shield.

Storage and erasure PayEx stores your data for 24 months after you submit the data. The legal basis for this is PayEx’s legitimate interest in protecting itself against proceedings that may be initiated by a candidate, such as discrimination claims. You can delete or amend information that you have provided electronically by logging into your page. If you are hired, the data will be saved for longer.
Security PayEx protects privacy and processes your personal data with the utmost care. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept secure.
Your rights You are entitled to submit a request for an extract from the register at any time in order to find out what personal data PayEx has registered on you. In this case, contact PayEx’s Data Protection Officer (Dataskyddsombud) at the address provided below. You can contact the same address if you want PayEx to rectify inaccurate data, limit processing or erase data where feasible. In certain circumstances, you also have the right to have your personal data transferred to another data controller (data portability).
